These are projects done in class with different programs.

TrackStar

On TrackStar teachers collect Web sites, enter them into TrackStar, add annotations for your students, to create an interactive, online lesson called a Track. Teachers can create a Track or use one of the hundreds of thousands already made by other educators and search the database by subject, grade, or theme and standard for a quick and easy activity.

I did a Track on the watercycle. This is a program I will continue to use. I like that you can choose specific websites and ask questions for each website. I also like that you can share these Tracks and create one so that the focus that you want can be expressed. It will be especially useful in a classroom with students who are at different levels in a subject or who are studying different parts of a subject, such as different countries, etc.

Twenty Questions

We were given a site that has the template for different games and asked to create one. I chose to focus mine on mathematics and have students solve for the solution. The templates are great for teachers who want to have a review game or as a warm up exercise. I plan on using this in the future often. Games are a great way to get students' attention and get them involved.
